Management is an ongoing connection concerning the chief and superiors, leaders and colleagues, leaders and shoppers, and specially concerning leaders and followers. This intangible idea we get in touch with management most normally refers to the conversation of the leader and the follower. This interaction should not be thought of in conditions of us and them. Followers are allies who join the leader, and together create the synergy that drives companies. “Mainly because the individual relationship defines the current high-quality of interpersonal conversation between the chief and would-be followers, followers will not join the chief without the requisite relationship. Management is the partnership.” (Blank, 1995, p. 12).
Leaders have to have lots of techniques in controlling interactions. Not just followers but with all the stakeholders, including superiors, peers, and external constituents. “Partnership habits is the extent to which the leader engages in two-way or multi-way interaction. It incorporates listening, encouraging, facilitating, delivering clarification, and offering socio-emotional assist.” (Bolman and Deal, 1997: 300). The objective of the partnership is to give just about every person the possibility to mature and to lead to his or her fullest potential and create strengths in the midst of variances.
